The Role
Responsible for the structuring and execution of transactions (purchase and sale) of properties (individual objects, portfolios, and construction projects)
Conducting, accompanying, and coordinating the entire due diligence (economic, construction, legal, and tax)
Preparation and review of property valuations/business plans
Negotiating during the review process and execution
Drafting applications for various committees
Commissioning and managing involved third parties (appraisers, notaries, and lawyers)
Maintaining customer relationships with owners, investors, project developers, and brokers
Identifying market trends and opportunities
Expertise
Commercial and/or construction training with a Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on Real Estate or similar educational level
Several years of experience in the real estate industry and in-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
Profound experience in property valuation
National and international network in the real estate industry
Knowledge of obligations and property law (especially land register, rental, and purchase contracts)
Experience in structuring and executing transactions of properties
Responsible and independent personality with an entrepreneurial mindset, structured working style, and negotiation skills
Team player
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
