We are looking for a committed Certified Nursing Professional HF / DN II who actively supports our nursing team and helps shape outpatient care. Start date immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Carrying out complex nursing assignments at our clients' homes
- Responsibility in the nursing process including needs assessments
- Participation in nursing-oriented team meetings and case discussions
- Taking on function-related additional tasks (e.g., specialty responsibility)
- Daily responsibility as well as coordination of various processes
Your profile
- Completed training as Certified Nursing Professional HF / DN II
- Previous knowledge in palliative care or medical technology is welcome – and if these areas touch your heart, we are especially happy to enable you to take on corresponding specialist responsibilities.
- Enjoyment in working with people and independent activity
- High professional and social competence
- Driver's license category B
