Located in a preferred location in Männedorf with views over Lake Zurich and the mountains, Hotel Boldern offers 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A dining area with restaurant, garden lounge, bistro, terrace, and bar complete the offer. From December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated individual to support the Meeting & Events team during a maternity cover. Your tasks:
Your profile:
- Processing inquiries for seminars, events, and banquets
- Ideally, already experience in event sales in the hotel industry
- Creating offers, contracts, and schedules for seminars and events
- Careful, structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Hotel tours and customer support
- On-site event accompaniment, partly supporting operations
- Very good MS Office user skills, preferably first experience with Protel
- Communication with internal departments
- Teamwork, reliability, and professional appearance
- Impeccable manners
