The Talgut Ittigen senior residence offers senior women and men a safe and comfortable home – right in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence includes 121 apartments as well as a care department with 25 single rooms. Appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction are at the center of our work.
To strengthen our warm and committed care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated personality as a Nursing Assistant / Care Helper SRK 50-100%.
Your tasks
- Willingness for short-term and flexible work assignments in case of staff shortages
- Professional, safe, and humane care and support of the residents of the care department
- Professional support of the care team in daily business
- Individual care and support of the residents according to the instructions of the supervisors
- Observation and documentation
- Willingness to work early and late shifts, as well as weekend shifts
What you bring
- Joy in working with elderly people
- Certificate as Care Helper SRK or training as Health and Social Assistant EBA
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in long-term care
- Service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills
- Motivated, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
