Your Job
- Area responsibility for the sales region "East" in close cooperation with the responsible field sales representative
- Support of the field sales representative in the entire sales process, from inquiry to delivery and handling of necessary correspondence
- Active sales in the sales area through telephone consultation, email correspondence, and online shop support
- Follow-up on offers by phone and cold calling
- Support of the field sales representative in visit planning and occasional accompaniment on customer visits
- Commercial and technical clarifications with the Plica procurement team
- Receiving, processing, and resolving complaints
- Maintenance of master data and management of the CRM system
- Participation in customer projects
- Occasional assistance and participation in trade fairs

Your Specialties
- completed commercial basic training
- some experience in internal sales, ideally in our industry
- very good oral and written communication skills in German as well as solid English skills in speaking and writing
- independent, committed, and team-oriented personality with professional appearance and high customer orientation
- a structured and precise way of working
- experienced in handling MS Office and ERP systems
