• With your empathetic manner, you support young people with disabilities in their daily lives and promote their individual development.
• You take responsibility for planning and organising a varied group daily routine, from daily and weekly schedules to leisure and holiday activities.
• In everyday life, you promote the independence of the young people, teach practical life skills, and prepare them specifically for the transition to working life and adulthood.
• You are responsible for support planning according to ICF by developing, implementing, reflecting on the effectiveness of measures, and continuously improving them.
• In addition to your educational work, you take on organisational and administrative tasks and actively contribute to the group household.

• You have completed training as a social pedagogue or hold a comparable qualification.
• You are flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and school holidays.
• Your strength lies in building trusting relationships and responding individually to people.
• You act solution-oriented and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• A clear oral and written expression as well as enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile.
