What are your tasks?

• You empathetically support our residents in their daily lives and contribute to their well-being
• You assist with personal care, mobilisation as well as dressing and undressing within your competencies
• You support the intake of meals and drinks and accompany the residents throughout the day
• You perform domestic tasks and ensure a pleasant and well-kept living environment
• You help shape the daily life of our residents and contribute to a respectful and family-like atmosphere

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed training as an Assistant Health and Social Care EBA (AGS) or are willing to complete it
• You treat our residents with respect, patience and appreciation
• You enjoy accompanying elderly people in their daily lives and providing them with security and support
• You gladly assist with personal care, mobilisation and everyday activities
• You work reliably, carefully and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
• You bring empathy and enjoyment in contact with people
• You are open to new things and want to develop professionally and personally
