Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Regular inspection and assessment of properties as well as building infrastructure, including reporting of deficiencies
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations (e.g. escape routes, fire protection)
- Carrying out minor repair work
- Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Conducting quality controls in the areas of cleaning, building, and safety
- Contact person for the customer as well as receiving and processing customer orders
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or craft vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
- Solid technical knowledge in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electrical)
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge in MS Office
- English skills are an advantage
- Driving license category B (trailer test BE is an advantage)
