Plant Operator Paper Technologist in 4-Shift Operation 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operation and monitoring of the entire paper production process

• Management and control of modern production plants according to process specifications

• Assistance with setup processes and preparation of machines for production start

• Continuous monitoring and optimisation of production workflows

• Coordination and support in troubleshooting

• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Paper Technologist

• Experience in tissue production is an advantage

• Willingness to work 4-shift

• Very good technical understanding and manual skills

• Confident handling of MS Office
