Manager Digital Channels 80 - 100%The Security Directorate employs around 5,000 staff. The Security Directorate includes the Zurich Cantonal Police, the Road Traffic Office, the Migration Office, the Office for Military and Civil Protection, the Cantonal Social Office, the Sports Office, as well as the General Secretariat with its central enforcement tasks and the appeals department.
To complement our team in the General Secretariat, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are professionally responsible for the central digital channels of the Security Directorate and coordinate their needs-based further development.
- You consolidate, prioritise and manage requirements from the offices of the Security Directorate and maintain a corresponding requirements backlog.
- You support the digitalisation of administrative procedures in close cooperation with specialist departments, legal, IT/operations teams and other stakeholders.
- You coordinate the implementation of new functionalities and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- You contribute to the introduction, enablement and documentation of new solutions and contribute to the channel-related governance of the Security Directorate.
Your profile
- You have a tertiary education in administrative science, law, business informatics or business administration (or equivalent education).
- You bring experience in the digitalisation of procedures, services or communication channels.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of process design, business analysis, stakeholder management and service-oriented design.
- You work analytically, conceptually and independently, communicate appropriately for the target audience and have experience in supporting transformation projects. Collaboration at the interface between specialist departments, IT and operations is familiar to you.
