Your tasks
- You accompany children and adolescents in acutely difficult situations who live in the emergency admission unit for a transitional period.
- You actively shape everyday life in the residential groups and create social pedagogical opportunities for development.
- You are an important contact person for children and adolescents.
- In addition, you advise parents and enquirers in difficult situations, also by telephone.
- You work in specialist groups and thus help shape the further development of the institution.
- You specifically participate in selected team meetings and team supervisions.
Your profile
- Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work (FH/HF) or comparable qualification.
- As a social pedagogue*in, you have professional experience and have further specialised, ideally in systemic counselling, or are willing to do so.
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively, congruently and engage actively in building relationships.
- In conflicts, you act calmly and decisively.
- You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a pinch of humour.
- You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night and especially weekend shifts).
