Social Educator Living (Workload selectable between 50-90%)
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promoting their development potential
- Cooperative key person work
- Close coordination with the team for a common care-educational attitude, the design of everyday life, and ensuring the quality of care
- Active assistance in the group household
- Maintaining client documentation and creating professional reports for offices and authorities
You bring:
- Degree as a Social Educator HF/FH
- Joy and professional experience in supporting and developing people as a matter of the heart
- Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of people
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one's own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
