Your tasks
- Key worker role in the core team
- Participation in a new treatment concept such as conversation techniques according to Open Dialogue (or willingness to further train in this) and home treatment
- Close, interprofessional collaboration in the core and treatment team
- Accompany everyday tasks and activities in a socio-pedagogical manner
- Collaboration with relatives and involved specialist agencies
- Design and accompany milieu therapeutic offers
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy
- Professional experience in psychiatry or social psychiatry is an advantage
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy, social skills and resilience
- Team player
