This is what your daily routine looks like

• In cooperation with the operations and nursing management, you ensure a high quality of care in the interest of our residents and take on organizational tasks. 
• You take over the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing and activation areas. You promote your team (around 15 employees) and always keep the further development of the individual employees as well as the entire team in mind according to our mission statement.
• You ensure a smooth process in nursing according to the applicable guidelines, create the personnel deployment planning, conduct discussions with employees, and actively promote cooperation with the adjacent areas of housekeeping and catering.

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist at the tertiary level and ideally have already gained some leadership experience.
• A high level of professional and social competence combined with entrepreneurial, responsible, and networked thinking and acting.
• Distinct resilience, organizational skills, and very good communication skills characterize you.
• Furthermore, you already have solid IT skills as well as at least 2 years of experience in long-term care. Ideally, you have already gained experience with RAI or are willing to acquire this knowledge.
• You enjoy working with elderly people and find fulfillment in your daily work.
