- Completed retail apprenticeship; experience in the green sector preferred.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

About the job
- With your experience in the green sector, you competently & joyfully advise our customers
- Active selling suits you, you quickly recognize customer needs
- You have a creative flair for designing sales areas
- Order, shelf maintenance & an appealing product presentation are a matter of course for you
- Flexible assignments as needed, in various departments, including cashier duties
- Completed apprenticeship in retail EFZ (Polynatura training is an advantage)
- Further training or experience in the green sector as well as manual skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly and confident appearance
- Independent working style, resilient, seasonally flexible, including Saturdays
- Communicative, motivated & a team player
- Good PC skills
- Very good German skills in spoken & written form (including Swiss German)
- Varied activities and diverse tasks with responsibility

At the locations Bätterkinden, Lohn-Ammannsegg, Utzenstorf, and Fraubrunnen, LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut is present on the market as a regional company with around 90 employees, with LANDI stores, shop & bistro, agricultural center, drying facility, grain collection points, gas stations, and a take-away restaurant.
To strengthen our team in the LANDI store in Lohn-Ammannsegg, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, independent, and motivated person as Sales Assistant Garden Center 60-80% with a flair for everything that blooms and thrives.
