Our KESB Office (Child and Adult Protection) is the central contact point for all questions regarding business relationships with persons under guardianship. What excites you
- You are the contact person for guardians, regional social services and authorities, ensuring efficient and professional responses to all enquiries related to child and adult protection
- You are responsible for the comprehensive care and advice of our KESB clients as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction
- You are in charge of managing and further developing our customer portfolio. This includes continuous analysis and optimisation of existing processes as well as identifying and implementing improvements
- You work side by side with your team members, other specialists and support your BEKB colleagues with your expertise
What you bring
- You have several years of professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally with experience in banking in the areas of numbers, saving and investing. Ideally, you have already gained initial insights into KES law and official measures
- You enjoy independently handling similar and also demanding tasks
- You enthusiastically maintain active contact with our customers, stakeholders and financial coaches
- You command the German language confidently in both spoken and written form, and preferably have good knowledge of French
