- You are responsible for all technical and environmental matters on behalf of management and therapy staff in the external building of the day clinic.
- You monitor and accompany maintenance work as well as smaller renovation projects in the properties and outdoor areas.
- Repairs and prompt troubleshooting, setting up and supervising events, as well as on-call and winter service are part of your tasks.
- Due to your plant knowledge, you find it easy to maintain the environment properly and as needed.
- You assist with factual documents and reports, and you rectify deficiencies after periodic inspections.
- Operating garden tools and machines brings you joy.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and improvement of work processes in the assigned area of responsibility.
- You work in a team of about 8 colleagues.
- You preferably have a degree in horticulture, construction, or an apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist EFZ or equivalent.
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of area and garden management.
- You are willing to be on call in rotation (on-call duty 1 week every two months), so you ideally live within a 30-minute radius of the workplace.
- You have experience in working with internal customers – stakeholders.
- You are characterized by your teamwork ability, motivation, customer orientation, and safety-oriented work style.
- You are eager to continuously expand your technical knowledge and are open to new things.
- A high level of social competence, flexibility, initiative, and self-organization is a prerequisite for this position.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- You hold a category B driver's license and are experienced in using the MS Office suite.

First Working Day
