Employee: Bakery/Production
Are you considering contributing in a production environment or simply want to be responsible for the best doughs? Then you are exactly right with us! As an employee in the bakery/production, you will prepare doughs according to recipe specifications and thus start our production process.
Your future main tasks:
- Producing various doughs, just the way our customers and we love them
- Carrying out conversion work on the production facilities to optimally process the different doughs
- Resolving minor disruptions to keep the downtime of the facilities low
- Performing cleaning tasks to exceed high hygiene and safety standards
Your ideal qualifications:
- Completed basic training (ideally in the food sector) or professional experience in production
- Enjoyment in weighing raw materials and enthusiasm for technical connections
- Good oral and written German skills (Level B1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model, from Monday to Friday and some Saturdays
