We are looking for a: Residential Home Sonne in Rehetobel, starting immediately or by agreement:
Health Professional EFZ 60-100 %
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion, and care of adult people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key person system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting in the household of the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
What you bring:
- Completed training in the nursing field
- Enjoyment of nursing and educational activities
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts
