Mandate Manager Insurance Fiduciary (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You comprehensively support and advise demanding SMEs, companies and private clients on all insurance matters
• In doing so, you analyse risks, create insurance and pension concepts and optimise existing solutions
• You develop coverage concepts, conduct tenders and negotiate independently with insurance companies
• Furthermore, you further develop existing processes and actively contribute to expanding the services
• Depending on experience, you take on leadership responsibilities, promote employees and participate in team development
• You maintain sustainable relationships with customers, partners and insurance companies and make an important contribution to the further success of the company

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of insurance fiduciary or insurance consulting
• Ideally, you have completed further training as an insurance specialist, insurance economist HF, business economist HF or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
• A young, ambitious insurance specialist who wishes to develop in this direction and has planned further training or is already in training is also conceivable
• It is important that you bring sound knowledge in the areas of property, liability, personal or pension insurance
• Negotiation skills, consulting competence and a confident appearance are highly valued for this role
• Do you describe yourself as entrepreneurial, trustworthy and responsible?
