- You assess the clinical situation of patients and initiate appropriate immediate measures
- You care for emergency patients, perform initial assessments and treatments in the shock room, and organize transfer to the main location or the respective target hospital if necessary
- You independently implement medically ordered diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- You take co-responsibility for optimal interdisciplinary collaboration and carefully manage patient-related administration
