About the job

The Gontenbad Elderly Care Foundation is an institution in the long-term care sector and provides a home for over 60
people. The foundation is divided into three facilities: the elderly and nursing home
with 53 rooms, the residential group with 9 rooms for people suffering from dementia, as well as an
elderly residence with 12 apartments for older persons. Both the residents of the elderly residence and the guests of the Bad Gonten guesthouse can, if needed,
make use of outpatient care and support services provided by our Spitex.

We are looking for November 2026 or by arrangement for the Care and Support team:

Your core tasks
• Develop, implement and initiate measures in case of deviations for the process and annual goals of care and support
• Further development of the area in professional, organisational, methodological and personnel
respects
• Development, review and assurance of performance and quality concepts
• Professional responsibility in care and support in long-term care as well as outpatient
care and support (Spitex services)
• Contact person for residents, relatives and interface to partner organisations
• Active participation in operational nursing daily routine, in outpatient care as well as in relevant
professional and quality committees

Your profile
• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH,
AKP or DN II or have a tertiary level B qualification
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role in
long-term care
• You have sound BESA knowledge and are proficient in handling digital
working tools. Advantageous: sound interRAI LTCF knowledge
• You hold a professional practice licence from the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden or are
prepared to obtain one
• You are characterised by high professional and social competence as well as pronounced
communication, leadership and team skills
• You enjoy actively further developing structures, processes
and care quality together with an interdisciplinary team
