About the job
The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for winding activities for low voltage electrical components, helping to ensure an efficient, safe production process that complies with quality standards. You will work closely with the production team, ensuring precision, reliability, and continuous improvement of operational activities.
What You Can Achieve
Prepare, set up and operate winding machines according to technical specifications and work instructions
Load the necessary materials and monitor the winding process to ensure continuity and production efficiency
Perform visual and instrumental quality checks on products, ensuring compliance with company standards
Identify and promptly report any anomalies, defects or process deviations, collaborating on their resolution
Ensure compliance with production specifications, quality objectives and scheduled timelines
Collaborate with the team to optimise production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Adhere to safety, quality and environmental regulations, contributing to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
What You Bring
Experience in a production environment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings
Good manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and basic electrical schematics
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and multimeters
Teamwork attitude, sense of responsibility and proactive approach
Willingness to work shifts and knowledge of key safety regulations in a production environment
