Job Coach

Oeko Service GmbH is an integration company that offers ecological services in the areas of building cleaning, caretaking, garden maintenance, logistics, and two-wheelers. We employ people with and without disabilities and train apprentices in all areas on behalf of the disability insurance. The workplaces and training positions are close to the primary labor market. Additionally, we work according to the Supported Education approach and train apprentices externally in private companies in the primary labor market.

One of our goals is to enable the transition to the primary labor market through targeted promotion of the professional, methodological, and social skills of the individual persons.

For this demanding task in our small job coaching team, we are looking for a job coach 80% starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Case management and coaching of people with support needs during their professional or integrative measure as well as job entry and retention in the primary labor market
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all actors involved in the process
• Reporting to the referring agencies
• Application coaching and support in creating market-appropriate application dossiers
• Acquisition of internships and training workplaces in the primary labor market
• Job placement
• Development of follow-up solutions in the primary labor market after successful completion of training

What you bring:

• Completed bachelor's degree in social work or psychology
• Experience in solution- and resource-oriented coaching, preferably in the field of labor integration
• Experience working with people with mental or physical disabilities and with adolescents and young adults
• High commitment, flexibility, initiative, independence, good empathy and assertiveness skills, as well as the ability to reflect
• Confident German language skills and good PC user skills (MS Office)
• Ability to actively approach employers and acquire internships and jobs
• Very good knowledge in the application environment (interview, training, search strategies)
• Service-oriented experience in the private sector
• Broad network of potential employers desired
