Business Analyst – Hermes / Scrum

Project:
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Senior level, 5+ years of experience), who has experience in independently analysing complex business requirements, creating business specifications, use cases and acceptance criteria. Due to the personnel situation, working on this complex project requires a high degree of independence and personal responsibility, and a meticulous working style is highly desired. (Reference number 925098RF).

Tasks:
* Business specifications
* Use cases, user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
* Requirements catalogue / requirements backlog for the assigned subject areas
* Process descriptions and process models, for example BPMN or comparable representations
* Business decision bases and variant analyses
* Workshop materials, minutes, result documentation and action item lists
* Documented business clarifications, assumptions, dependencies and risks
* Traceability overview from requirements to implementation, test cases and acceptance
* Review and acceptance documents for business deliverables
* Business test bases
* Maintained entries and documentation in Jira, Confluence or comparable project tools
* Contributions to HERMES deliverables, as far as relevant for business analysis, business design, testing and implementation

Requirements:
* Education at HF, FH or university level in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
* Certifications in business analysis, requirements engineering, BPMN or comparable topics
* Certifications in Scrum, SAFe or comparable topics
* At least five years of experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable role
* Experience in hybrid project environments, ideally with HERMES and agile delivery packages / sprints
* Experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable tools for requirements and project documentation
* Experience with Hermes (certificate advantageous)
* Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least level C1
* Good English skills in spoken and written form (level B2 or higher) advantageous
