- Ensuring the availability and support of IT systems for logistics operations in close collaboration with the Support Technology team
- Point of contact for the key users of logistics Dotzigen and Lahr (DE) for issues related to the warehouse management software WAMAS 5 and the subsystems ERP and customs software
- Processing and documenting support cases in the ticket system
- Resolving support cases in collaboration with external partners
- Maintaining and servicing peripheral devices
- Contributing to the optimization of logistics processes and projects
- Accompanying and implementing software adjustments
- Conducting internal user training
- Training in logistics, logistics specialist EFZ is an advantage, with good technical understanding
- Experience with modern warehouse management systems and warehouse automation is a plus

We are looking for a service-oriented personality as an employee / employee Service Desk IT-Logistics to join our existing team from October 1, 2025, or by arrangement. Within logistics, the modern warehouse management system WAMAS 5 manages the inventory and controls the automated transport of pallets and containers. As part of the support team, you will take on the responsible task of ensuring the smooth operation of logistics systems and facilities.
