Your tasks:
As a professional:
- Care and support of residents in stable and/or unstable situations according to care plans and internal competencies
- Resource-oriented work with residents according to kinesthetic principles
- Medication control and administration to residents as well as performing medical-technical measures according to internal competencies
- Entering observations in easyDOK
As a nursing assistant:
- Care and support of residents in stable care situations
- Resource-oriented work with residents according to kinesthetic principles
- Supporting residents during walks and daily life activities
- Carrying out activating activities together with residents
- Household tasks
Your profile:
- you are a SRK nursing assistant, FAGE EFZ, or nursing professional and have gained initial experience in care
- you maintain a respectful approach to elderly people
- you understand and speak German well (at least level B2)
