What you will do here
- Organize and administer workshops for school classes and other groups
- Plan the assignments of course instructors and their assistants
- Communicate with teachers and other supervisors
- Maintain and update databases and systems
- Support the preparation and follow-up of workshops, including providing materials
- Participate in project management and support the communication of TecLab
What you ideally bring with you
- Basic commercial training or comparable education and/or experience in administrative work in the education sector
- Confident use of IT tools and interest in learning new digital systems
- Open, responsible, and communicative nature and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Interest in education, STEM, and sustainability topics is a plus
