The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. • Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents in the open dementia area
• Competent execution of nursing technical measures
• Active participation and implementation of the care process
• Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
• Additional tasks according to individual specifications
• Planning and implementation of activities in the area of living environment and everyday design
• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience
  (for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK)
• Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Ideally professional experience in gerontological care in Switzerland
• Great joy in dealing with experienced, demented and care-dependent residents
• Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form

• Versatile, demanding and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated and committed team
