IT Supporter 80 - 100% (temporary)
Are you a team player with a hands-on mentality? WAS will move into a new building in Kriens in May 2026. Our IT support team will be especially challenged around the move. Therefore, we are looking for a service-oriented and sociable personality to strengthen our team from January 1, 2026, limited to 1 year. As the first point of contact for IT malfunctions and questions, you ensure quick and competent support. Additionally, you regularly conduct IT training for employees to promote the safe use of our IT systems. We look forward to your application!
- You are the first point of contact for all IT problems and user requests (1st level support) and assist them with their IT issues.
- You install, maintain, and service IT workstations, their peripherals, and communication systems.
- You forward malfunction reports and questions to the 2nd level support.
- You communicate with users and inform them about operational disruptions.
- You create and update manuals and documentation.
- You conduct IT training for our employees.
- You have completed IT training or an equivalent education.
- You ideally already have professional experience as an IT supporter. Motivated recent graduates are also welcome.
- You have solid knowledge of the Windows environment including Active Directory.
- You enjoy customer contact, have a strong service and customer orientation, and possess communication skills tailored to the audience.
- You hold a category B driving license (support activities on-site at other WAS locations).
