- Manage reception and seminar activities including promotions and bookings.

- Support and supervise events in boutiques and tastings.
Skills
- Bachelor's in marketing or hospitality with 3 years of similar experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

- You manage the activities of reception and seminar rooms (promotion, booking, client follow-up, invoicing, coordination with caterers, management and supervision of auxiliary staff)
- You manage oenotourism activities (budget management and organization of related events)
- You supervise and support activities/events in the shops (raclette, themed evenings, tastings, etc.)
- You ensure the follow-up of tastings (reporting, statistics, customer satisfaction)
- You receive and coordinate any representation request requiring the presence of an oenologist.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality school or equivalent training in marketing, event management, and hotel service
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in project management
- Excellent priority management, organizational skills
- Flexibility and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
