Laser Operator and Assembly (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent operation and supervision of the laser marking system during ongoing production
- Ensuring a trouble-free, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing process
- Self-reliant setup, conversion, operation, and monitoring of the automated production system
- Proper clamping and safe handling of the workpieces to be processed
- Execution of series and small series productions according to specifications
- Processing of metal and plastic parts using laser technology, taking into account the respective material properties
- Creation, optimisation, and adjustment of marking programmes
- Use of CAD data (DXF, STEP) to implement layouts, markings, and positioning
- Support in analysing and resolving technical faults and deviations as part of first-level support
- Flexible deployment in the areas of laser processing and assembly
- Careful assembly of miniature connectors with high quality and precision requirements
- Independent reading, interpreting, and implementation of work instructions and technical drawings
- Provision of materials, tools, fixtures, and necessary production documents
- Conducting quality checks according to specifications including final inspection, quality assurance release, and packaging of products
- Recording, posting, and feedback of production orders in the SAP system
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable field
- Professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of soft soldering and practical experience in assembly work
- Strong coordination skills in a dynamic work environment
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Precise, structured, and quality-conscious approach
- Resilient personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Good communication skills and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Basic knowledge of SAP and an understanding of programming-related contexts (e.g. CAD applications) is an advantage
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- High flexibility and willingness to work shifts and overtime
