Your Profile
- You have completed training as a construction manager, HF technician in structural engineering, or an equivalent qualification successfully
- Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding projects in structural engineering
- Independent working style, assertiveness, team player
Your Challenges
- Comprehensive supervision of demanding GU/TU buildings up to turnkey handover
- Responsibility for local construction management
- Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling
- Support in the awarding process
- As a contact person, you are available to external and internal customers, architects, specialist planners,
authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
