Polymechanic – Maintenance, for Tool Maintenance

Activities

Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of punching and bending tools
Fine adjustment, precise tuning and optimization of the tools to ensure process and product quality
Active contribution of improvement suggestions as well as independent implementation of optimizations
Accompaniment and support during tool use in ongoing production
Carrying out general mechanical work in the area of chip-removing manufacturing (turning, milling, grinding)
Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on tools and equipment

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable mechanical training
Experience in maintenance and upkeep of punching and bending tools is an advantage
Very good mechanical understanding as well as precise and careful working method
Experience in chip-removing manufacturing
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Teamwork skills as well as willingness to support production
