You like to get involved yourself, organise with overview and ensure that our projects are implemented successfully, on time and economically. If you are keen to take on responsibility and contribute your know-how daily in the Thun region, we are really looking forward to you.
These are the tasks
- Plan, coordinate and carry out construction projects independently – we operate in the areas of new construction, conversion and renovation
- Carry out a clean construction process planning including work preparation and personnel management
- Use resources economically and identify optimisation potentials
- Prepare measurements, offers, calculations and billing
- Ensure cost, quality and schedule control
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a bricklayer EFZ is an advantage
- Further training as a construction manager or foreman – or willingness to complete this
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented appearance as well as assertiveness

Whether energy-efficient renovation, new construction, single-family or multi-family house, commercial or industrial construction, agricultural building or rural housing construction – the portfolio is diverse.
