• You have training as a nursing assistant, assistant in health and social care EBA, or hold the certificate as an SRK nursing helper
• You have experience and joy in dealing with elderly people or people with dementia
• You have gained several years of professional experience in this field and perform your job with heart
• You enjoy working in a team and have good oral and written German skills
