with additional option as a specialist in School-Based Special Education (20%)
Do you want to accompany children with special needs with heart and competence and lead a dedicated support team? Then you are in the right place!
The primary school Bergdietikon is looking for a School Management Special Education (30%) starting from August 1, 2025, or by agreement, who will coordinate and further develop the diverse support offerings with overview, commitment, and joy.
What to expect:
- You lead and accompany our interdisciplinary support team (SHP, SSA, speech therapy, DaZ, assistants)
- You are responsible for the coordination of support offerings and personnel
- You have an overview of all support measures and ensure effective support for the children
- You work closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists and also lead corresponding support and location discussions as needed
- You work closely and trustfully with the principal as a member of the school management team and report directly to him. Together, you ensure coherent management and further development of our inclusive support structures and shape the future of our school together
