• You clarify whether there is entitlement to compensation for loss of earnings, parental allowances, or IV daily allowances – of course according to legal requirements.
• You ensure that the compensations are correctly determined and paid on time.
• Whether by phone or in writing – you are the contact person for French-speaking customers, insured persons, authorities, and other social insurances.
• You create, check, and send parental allowance confirmations.
• If necessary, you reclaim benefits or carry out offsetting.

• You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) and several years of experience in social insurance or a comparable function.
• French is your native language and you have a good command of German – so you master not only more complex concerns of our French-speaking customers but also the onboarding in German.
• You enjoy working with numbers, work efficiently and with quality awareness, and remain calm even when things get hectic.
• You appreciate telephone customer contact and score with very good manners.
