Application Technician CNC Turning and Milling Machines 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Commissioning and setup of CNC turning and milling machines at the customer site

• Training and instruction of machine operators and programmers

• Technical advice and support for customers in optimising manufacturing processes

• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions as well as development of sustainable solutions

• Support for sales in technical queries and customer projects

• Close cooperation with the departments of service, development and production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic training

• Several years of professional experience in setting up, programming and optimising CNC turning and/or milling machines

• Very good knowledge of CNC programming (e.g. Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens)

• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland

• Fluent German, French and English skills, both spoken and written
