To complement our internal sales department for the school sector, we are looking for a sales clerk for the school location in Rüti, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Job description

In this varied position, you will accompany the entire sales process of our products and services - from the first customer inquiry to delivery. You act as a central interface between our customers, the field sales team, and various internal departments. You will be in daily contact with our French-speaking customers and can actively use your language skills.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of offers
• Processing of tenders
• Handling and recording of customer orders and purchase orders
• Telephone support of our customers in German and French
• Administrative support of the field sales team

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Technical understanding
• Very good German skills as well as business fluent French in spoken and written form
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience with ERP systems
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
