Intern in Socio-Cultural Facilitation, 40%
The Parents' Space of EPER is a programme aimed at supporting parenting and the social integration of families in situations of isolation or precariousness, notably those from migrant backgrounds. The project offers a listening, support, and guidance service, basic skills training, parent-child and father-child activities, and a computer café. To support these activities, EPER offers the following opportunity to a:
Participate in the facilitation of the Computer Café
- Participation in setting up the room and maintaining the computers
- Presence and support for participants
- Updating educational resources
Facilitate information points for parents during workshops
- Updating the orientation and information catalogue
- Presentation and discussion with parents
Participate in the annual planning of activities
Assist the facilitators of parent information workshops, family outings, or computer courses
- Participation in organising activities and related sessions
- Facilitation/accompaniment of activities with the facilitators
Support the overall functioning of the project
- Participation in team meetings
- Logistical support
- Support to the Educational Manager
- HETS training, or deemed equivalent, recently graduated or currently in training
- You enjoy human contact and are comfortable with a multilingual and multicultural audience
- You are patient and enjoy imparting skills
- You are comfortable with IT (Office 365 suite) and administrative tasks
- You are organised, autonomous, pragmatic, and show initiative
- You have an interest in working with parents and children
- Interest in IT and new technologies is an asset
- French level B2 in speaking and writing

- Rate: 40% paid
- Working days: Thursday, ideally Wednesday/Friday morning, occasionally weekends
- Workplace: Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds
- Internship period: from September 2026 to August 2027
