Your field of activity

• You lead our young HVACSE team professionally and personally and develop the employees in a targeted manner
• With your know-how, you ensure clear standards, uniform working methods and a high planning quality within the team
• You create the professional foundations so that the team can implement projects independently, efficiently and with high quality
• You coordinate internal and external planning partners and ensure smooth collaboration across all specialist areas
• As a role model, you pitch in, support with demanding issues and give the team professional confidence in day-to-day business

Your foundation

• You have a completed degree or further training in the field of building services engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation or electrical) or bring a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing building services projects distinguish you; experience in timber or modular construction is a plus
• You are professionally broadly supported and enjoy passing on knowledge as well as building and developing teams professionally
• You know how to define standards, ensure quality and sustainably organise an organisation
• Taking responsibility is natural for you. You act pragmatically, solution-oriented and with a healthy hands-on mentality
• You are a doer who likes to drive topics forward, make decisions and achieve concrete results together with the team
