At the Autism Center (AZ) of GSR (www.gsr.ch), since 2008, children on the autism spectrum (ASS) in the preschool area up to kindergarten enrollment are supported in intensive treatment. The transdisciplinary work with specialists in therapeutic early education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, as well as complementary day structures, is highly valued. Since 2014, the AZ has been recognized by the Federal Social Insurance Office for the implementation of intensive early intervention (IFI) in early childhood autism. In addition to the core business in IFI, the AZ offers a variety of autism-specific training courses.
