Your Challenge

• Operational support and coordination of demanding large-scale PV projects
• Interface between customers, architects, sales partners and internal specialist departments
• Structuring of requirements, decisions and open issues
• Coordination between technical, purchasing, logistics, marketing and management
• Analysis of complex tenders and project requirements
• Support in offer and project strategies
• Collaboration in calculations, profitability analyses and decision-making bases
• Creation of professional presentations and sales documents for customers, architects and management
• Ensuring clean documentation, information flows and traceability
• Early identification of organisational, economic and scheduling risks
• Independent handling of smaller sub-projects and participation in the further development of internal processes and templates

Your Profile

• Experience in project management or a comparable coordinative environment
• Background ideally in construction, energy, industry or technical project environments
• Very structured and analytical way of working
• Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and prepare them understandably
• Good Excel skills and economic understanding
• Confident use of PowerPoint and professional presentations
• Strong communication skills, independent and solution-oriented
• High quality standards as well as pronounced documentation and information discipline
• Interest in complex projects and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Basic understanding of contract law is an advantage
• Technical PV knowledge is helpful but not a prerequisite
• Very good German and English skills
