Your tasks:

•  Independent management of client accounting in KLIB (case management software)
•   Responsibility for health insurance matters (KVG/IPV)
•   Checking, posting, and triggering payment runs
•   Regular coordination with the financial accounting of the municipal administration
•   Preparation of billing for cantonal reimbursements
•   Accounting and budget control
•   Interface to the Migration Office and cantonal Social Welfare Office
•   Accounting case recordings and changes in KLIB
•   Function as KLIB superuser
•   Co-responsible for telephone and counter service
•   Administrative management of individual cases (wage and pension administration, minor social assistance, asylum)
•   Collaboration on administrative tasks of the social service
•   Maintaining BFS statistics
•   Preparation of final accounts in economic social assistance

Your profile:

After your commercial basic training, you discovered your passion for numbers and further specialised in accounting/bookkeeping. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a social service and are familiar with the structures and terminology of social assistance.
