What you will achieve with us
About the role: In this exciting and varied position, you are the right hand of our Directrice as well as our General Manager and the administrative centerpiece of the management. You act as the central interface between the executive management, the departments, and our business partners. With the utmost discretion and forward-looking planning, you support the hotel management and ensure a smooth flow of information at the executive level.Your tasks:
- Executive Support: Independent management of the executive secretariat, including scheduling and handling confidential correspondence in German and English.
- Communication & Coordination: You act as a competent hub for the flow of information between all departments and business partners.
- Administration & Organization: Preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of strategic meetings (management and committee meetings).
- Management of hotel residences and hotel showcases.
- Guest Contact & Quality: Management of customer reviews including complaint management. Creation of welcome cards for our guests and organization of special requests.
- Special tasks: Administrative support (ordering goods or keys) as well as assistance with special projects.
Who you are
- Qualification: Completed hotel or commercial apprenticeship as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Language skills: Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian and/or French is a valuable advantage.
- Attitude: Absolute discretion, professionalism, and the ability to act in a structured and proactive manner even under high pressure.
- IT affinity: Very good PC user skills (MS Office, Outlook) as well as experience with hotel systems (such as Opera Cloud) and digital collaboration tools.
- Personality: Excellent communication skills, absolute reliability and independence, high organizational skills, flexibility.
