- Monitoring and optimisation of production processes
- Operating injection moulding machines and lathes
- Implementation of quality guidelines and standards
- Assisting with packaging of individual parts
- Carrying out minor repairs on machines
- Various assembly tasks
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Working in a 3-shift system (early, late and night shifts)
- Several years of professional experience in production
- Experience in operating machines, equipment, measuring instruments and tools
- Willingness to work 3 shifts
- Very good German language skills
- Own car required (due to early working hours)
- Reliable, team-oriented and committed personality
- No health restrictions
