• You can specifically contribute your expertise and experience and actively support us in improving the processes on the ward
• You help ensure that collaboration within the team is lived on an equal footing, constructively, and interprofessionally
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life

• You have training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII
• You have several years of professional and leadership experience
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration and have an interest in complex psychiatric issues
• You are open to change and lead by example
• You bring a goal- and result-oriented mindset as well as flexibility and resilience
