• Improve nursing quality: Implementation of high nursing standards, training and mentoring of the nursing team
• Leadership & organization: Management of hygiene officers, management of nursing processes including pharmacy, development of new SOPs (standard operating procedures)
• Support complex cases: Professional support of the interdisciplinary team in demanding patient situations
• Knowledge transfer: Training of our partner clinic in Dubai (approx. 5 weeks of travel per year)

• Training and professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation, acute care or IMC
• Proven experience in training and team leadership
• Strong intercultural competence and interest in different cultures
• Fluent English skills
