Property Management Assistant (m/f/d) 80 – 100%
What to expect:
You support our property management team with administrative and organisational tasks. This includes preparing rental contracts, rent adjustments and terminations, as well as handling general correspondence. You maintain contact with tenants, caretakers and craftsmen, coordinate orders and assist with lettings. Additionally, you organise owners' meetings and take minutes. Within the team, you ensure telephone availability during office hours.
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector, or a comparable qualification.
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident use of MS Office and a high standard of quality.
- Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented working style.
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented manner when dealing with various stakeholders.
- Team spirit, quick comprehension and a strong willingness to learn.
